BioHere's a little story about a sane person:
Once upon 1996 there lived a shockingly boring and maladjusted suburban youth of somewhat above average intelligence. That fateful year, though he was 13, was the first year of the lad's life. While dreaming, he was introduced to a person whom he had never met while awake. Upon scanning his yearbook for the name he had learned in the dream, he discovered to his considerable shock that the person from his dream was someone who existed within the reality of the consensus. Thus began a decade of paranoia, confusion, insanity, further dreams, travails, adventures, and high weirdness for the boy. This decade continues to this day, and will likely continue into more decades, as decades tend to do.
But I digress. Within the years between 1996 and 2006, the boy would grow surely into an overgrown boy. In that interval, he would be instructed in his dreams by giant alien bugs, learn to view reality from the perspective of quantum physics almost 100% of the time, have an entire town spring fully-formed from his head, and be guided through his own personal hell by a magical devil bunny from the moon! And um... remain sane through all of it? He hopes? Or is there something flawed about that statement...?
